IIRC Windows has basic drivers that will operate anything that
most manufacturers stick into a computer.  The video will be a
low resolution and audio may only play the system beeps but you
should still be able to boot up.  Once booted, run windows
update.  That should give you the updates to whatever drivers you
need.

You do need to make sure you have a driver for your network card
so you can get on the internet for updates. 

Have you tried using a driver backup utility?  Those handy little
tools scan your system and makes a back up copy of all your
drivers.  Once you boot up if something aint working right, open
the device in device manager and tell it to update the driver and
then point it to the disc where you saved the back up.

Thanks Don, this part would really be great

Dell may have an ISO image of the resource disk you could
download and burn a replacement.

I'm not sure if I have the time/patience to track the others
down, appreciate the reply!
