These extensions are, I believe, Greeting Card Factory,Christian Greeting 
Card Factory, and American Greetings.  I have not tried to send anything 
with those extensions although I believe the card programs have that 
feature.  I create greeting cards using these programs and send them snail 
mail.
The descriptors sound like they are, indeed, copies of greeting cards I have 
sent.  Some may be describing the graphics.
