I can't suggest anything else, Betty, other than re-installing Mozilla.
This may, or may not help, but there's a possibility you could lose all
your mail records. That is one thing I would like to see, Mozilla with
an straightforward way of saving mail to a MSWord Folder with a click
and drag!
Sorry the expand thing wasn't the answer.
