very good!
I had changed my address and told a friend about 20 times but she kept sending
it. finally, using mailwasher, I sent the mails back to her with that address!

Do what I do. Send a reply that says something like:

"We're sorry, but your email has been rejected by the mail server due to
restrictions. Please contact the person you are trying to email regarding this".

Then you're cousin will ask you why did he get this. You play stupid and say
something like, "Oh, I forgot all about that. Yes, I have it set to reject bulk
mailings using the TO or CC field."

If he asks why you would do that, make up some story about other people you
don't want to hear from and this blocks them. Say sorry and tell him that he
needs to either BCC you or send individually to you.

Very simple. Very un-intimidating. Very un-insulting.
