Donna,

Try this: switch off your computer, unplug the Lexmark from your AC wall
socket for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in, reboot.

I believe Linda had some Lexmark issues and if I recall correctly, this
fixed her problems.

Hi everyone again..this concerns my printer. i run windows 98se..and have a
Lexmark Z11 ..it keeps telling me i have no paper in printer..it was working
fine till we put router in..i took out and reloaded it and says same
thing...any suggestions for this..and i did shut it down and bring it
up..Donna
