Is there something in Admin in the control panel that might help? I seem to
recall helping someone fix their printer *dont remember what kind* by going
in there and looking at a spool something?
I am sorry I know where it is, just not sure where I went.
Any thoughts SirTroth?

They don't make the drivers available for XP since XP has them pre-built-in.
But, sometimes to need to install the driver externally for it to work
properly.

disconnect the printer? Then, you reconnect and try reinstalling using the
XP drivers.
