Suggest you don't take HP's word you have the most up-to-date
and uninstall the current drivers.  Then go to HP site and
download again.  Something may be corrupted in your present
drivers because of another program you installed.

Put the drivers where they belong then install using the add
hardware or wizard in Control Panel, Printers again.
