Which restriction? I am 'assuming' you are referring to the need for a
Gmail address?
I wonder if they got tooooo much flack? Or...if they will find another
smooth way to get their way.
The Terms Of Use... have not changed that I know of...or have they?
The Buzz is... Google is building their own OS.

all their other 'toys'
Are they planning to be the New Microsoft...??

I believe that restriction has been eliminated and was done within a day of
Chromes release, then again, I could be wrong.
