Instant Messaging is no-doubt a great tool for many people. But, like =
any technology or feature, some people need it or want it and some =
don't. When IMming was still new to the scene, I looked at it as a 'toy' =
of sorts. Never considered it something for a professional to use. But, =
make no mistake, there are companies using it, and using it effectively. =
As a matter-of-fact, its actually an easy way for a company, should they =
so desire, offer customer support, cause almost everyone at least has an =
IM client installed.
