Rudy,
I honestly don't recall where the control is that finally allowed us to 
enlarge those fonts.  While in IE, try holding down the CTRL key and rolling 
the mouse scroll wheel.

If that has no effect, in IE, go to View > Text Size and set it to Medium 
(the default).
