Dave,
I was using Zone alarm Pro, but was just trying it, hadn't paid for it yet.
I've uninstalled it now. Tried Sygate and had freezing problems with it.
I have been on the net seven years with just Norton's and haven't had
problems. Maybe I'll just stick with it, using a dial up connection.

Since you have paid for the Zone Alarm Pro version I would suggest you
contact Zone Labs customer service about your problems with the product you
paid for.  I believe I read on the posts that you are using the Pro version.
 If not perhaps try the user forum for Zone Alarm.
