I've tried a number of times and the connection just
times out....no other websites that I frequent...only
this one....

I had no problem either - I use zone alarm's free
firewall -
I didn't get any pop ups telling my my active X
couldn't be seen or anything
because of my settings -
Have you tried again? maybe the site was just down
when you tried earlier?
