My opinion that is if it is to good to be true, then it probably is.

Also the place you click is in the add section of the web page so that gets
me wondering. The info that is required to input to get it free smells, to
me, that you are going to end up on an email, mailing list at the least or
maybe a spam list. Guess that could be one way they are going to pay for the
cost of the OS. Darn sight sure MS isn't giving it away free, in my humble
opinion.

On the other side of the coin, I have XP PRO and can get it from school for
$10. So that may make it a little easier for me to be a tad leery.

In short, I would not go for it.

I am thinking the upgrade XP PRO UPGRADE runs about that price they are
quoting for the over the counter version and I thought XP PRO went for more
in the over the counter version.
