Subject: -=PCTechTalk=- FATAL EXCEPTION ERROR MESSAGE

Good morning, For the last couple of days, I have been getting an error message
and need to know what it means. This is what happens, my screen goes black then
this error message
"A fatal exception OE has occured at 0028:D0B313ED. the current application
will be terminated.
When I hit "control ALT delete, my screen comes back on. This happens a couple
times a day.
Another question I have is if I want to back up my computer on CD's do I use
CD-R or CD-RW's

Thanks for all the great feedback that you give to us in answering all the
questions that come in to you.
