New update, It seems that I have went through all the for nothing, I just got a 
call from the ST and ha said it is the Earthlink server, Should be fixed around 
6pm.

  Yep I will just stay on dial up for a few days, Maybe I will feel better then 
also, I think that having to change my glasses to read the fine print on the 
Quickstart and the Network card book is what is making me feel so tired.

    This looks like they don't have things set up on their end, either 
    Earthlink or the phone company.  Give it a day or 2.
