Hi, I called the TS this afternoon and this guy thinks the trouble may be in
the phone line so he put in an order to have it checked. Before I called I
uninstalled both the Ethernet and the Earthlink program, I reinstalled the
Ethernet drivers and put all the adapter info into the network, I haven't
reinstalled the Earthlink program yet, What I need to know is do I have to have
an Earthlink Adapter in the network components list in networks, or is that
only if I use Earthlink program? If I do reinstall the program will it put the
adapter in there?
