Well, in most cases, you simply run them and then go to the section that 
shows you the passwords it has found.  One such program is 'System 
Information for Windows' (SIW) that I've brought up several times over the 
years.  You can get it below.

I believe Belark Advisor also digs up many passwords, but I haven't used 
that in years.
