Sandi,

I don't have either to try it with, but I see a lot of people saying that
Creatacard does not work on the 64-bit version of Win 7. I don't see anyone
mentioning trying to run Creatacard using Windows 7's "XP Compatibility
mode". From what I've heard, the compatibility mode probably has a better
chance of working.

G, reading through your replies, I see you plan to keep XP when you install
Win 7and also have Ubuntu. This approach may be the answer to the problem I

am anticipating when I must go to Win 7. I belong to a greeting card group
that are die hard fans of Creatacard. A couple of the members have found
that CAC will not load on Win 7. That is where I keep all of my addresses
and I use it to address all of my envelopes. I had planned to ask you if
there might be a workaround for installing an old program (is there?)
However, having both operating systems would probably be my best bet if I
can get my local tech to install them that way.
If you look real hard you will find a question in here! Is it possible to
do a workaround so that an old favorite program will work on a new OS?
Sandi
