It probably has something about it that is persistant - or it morphs into a slightly different version or something. This is not good though - that it is so persistant. make sure he looks in zone alarm to see if it is related to a program. if you highlight backweb, and look below, it may tell you. I'd run some more anti-spyware programs too - maybe even panda online scan. cris ----- Original Message ----- From: cristy To: pctechtalk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Thursday, February 10, 2005 9:27 AM Subject: -=PCTechTalk=- Re: Backweb program Thanks Cris, It seemed that I remembered it as bad. It is persistent on my uncle's computer, everytime it tries to come in even after we checked to remember to deny it. I thought once you told zone alarm to remember to deny it, you would not have a problem after that. cristy ----- Original Message ----- From: "Cris" <cris@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <pctechtalk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, February 09, 2005 8:54 PM Subject: -=PCTechTalk=- Re: Backweb program > zone alarm will tell you what program it is associated > with. > If it is associated with a legit program, allow it.
