Be mindful, that the existence of Norton on your computer will complicate 
the installation of TrendMicro.  Be sure to totally obliterate it from your 
system first.  The Norton Removal tool will NOT remove everything Norton. 
There will be several traces left behind.  Even in the non-PnP drivers 
section of the device manager.

If you have problems, TrendMicro will help you find the norton traces 
responsible.
