Tom, I finally tried to copy Quicken to a CD. I had an RW which I erased and used. The software and burner both showed that it was recording, but when it was "finished successfully" there was nothing on it! I chose data cd and DAO and checked it to "close disk" so I could check to see if it happened. If that wasn't enough of a mess, Kodak Easyshare software popped up and tried to make an album out of the whole mess! I didn't know what to do, so just closed it all up and haven't tried again. Do you have any idea how or why this happened? I also wanted to back up to a folder on the hard drive as you suggested and then make the cd, but don't know how to do that. I'm stumped and still have no backup. ~Glo -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus.
