Betty It seems you lost the audio driver when you updated your Windows set-up. If you update again you may have to re-install the audio driver. Check if you have it before you update. However I personally never update unless there is a pressing reason for it. After a lot of tries, hours and misery repairing my set-up I find the adage "If it ain't broke leave it alone" to be very true.
