Just few moments ago, I received an email claiming I had sent them a virus
email, and how to get rid of it.

The instructions explains how to get rid of the file JDBGMGR.EXE, and it is
not a virus. I do not maintain an address book, so I am fairly sure I did
not manage to send it out. If any of you have received this, please go to:
http://search.symantec.com/custom/us/query.html

You will see a write-up that encourages you to ignore any such email messages.

If you search for the file, it will show a teddy bear icon.

Robert
