now that was weird! I replied to the email and it sent from
one of my other addresses! not the one it came in to!

I called Dell - I asked 2 questions - 1 - about getting a
cd - he said, no problem at all. so... why don't they just
send the cd in the 1st place!!
2nd - why it came with 2002 edition - he couldn't answer
that question and said I'd need to call sales.
BUT - when he told me what he was sending me, he is sending
me the 2005 edition. so - what gives!
so - if I want to update from 2002 -2005, how will I do
that?
