Subject: Computer suddenly cannot open any links.

Greetings to all you helpful people,

This is a Dell laptop less than 1 year & it's OS is Vista, which uses
Windows Mail.

My computer has suddenly stopped being able to open any links or short cuts
to links. I went to bed with the computer performing well & woke up with it
acting as if it were a stroke victim. All I get is Application not
available. It won't open my desktop short cuts to online links, it will not
open links within emails, nor will it open links within a web page. I
goggled this situation & it addressed a possibility of JavaScript needing to
be redownloaded...which I did. The download went in without any
difficulties but it changed nothing. I still cannot open any links. You
help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Jan
