I have changes going on in the BIOS with a PC I'm working on. When I reboot it, the changes stay, (and I've rebooted it more thn 15 times), but when I shut it off, and then shut off the power to the cord, and then turn it on the next day, the settings in the BIOS change. I had to enable the USB ports after rebooting it the next day. I did a virus check and found no errors, but that really doesn't mean there isn't a virus in there. And, the virus software is Norton 2K, and up-to-date. Can a battery with low power affect this??? Or, what can affect this??? The OS is Win/98SE. Thanks for any response I get for this.
