Schmaili 3.1 also has a feature like that called "Mr. Spy", and this is what you see in the email <http://www.schmaili.com/spy.php?id=5031048059&mail=lars2@xxxxxxxxxxxxx& remote=pcductape@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> You insert that little green guy and it will let you know when the recipient has read the email. I only use it when I send an important email and need to know if the person got it. I am conflicted as to how I feel about its seeming intrusiveness into the actions of the email recipients. But on the other hand, when messages are important or time intensive, it is helpful to know if a lack of response is because the message has never been received or read. There are several different versions, the free one includes a message at the bottom of your email telling the recipient of MSGtags use and including a link.
