  Pam had the same answer. 
  What I did was create a macro and put it on a keystroke and it works great. 
  I use other office suites, and one of them has the button in the toolbar, ( 
I could not find where M$ office had it ), that is why I asked. I never 
really realized how much I used that button until I started using excel more. I 
have alot of little pet peeves about M$ office.  Just trying to make my work 
efficient / easier.
