I use to use about:blank but not at the office. Yes, we can go to
different websites; no problem. So, my problem is
What is the big deal about "about:blank"
It happens to be my favorite home page. It happens to be the favorite home
page for each and every computer I have built or repaired for the 7 years I
have been in business because I set them that way. On very rare occasions, a
customer will ask me to set their home page to something different that they
choose.
Most people never see "about:blank" because they let Microsoft or someone
else choose another home page for them. Even after initially setting the
home page to a blank page, time and time again, Microsoft resets it to their
site. Talk about hijacking a home page! Microsoft is the WORST!!!!
