Hi Bob, Believe it or not; I used restore about 10 times and it would not restore. I booted to safe mode and used restore from that format and no good. Also, I learned this morning, I lost all my son's wedding files & information because I tried to restore back to Oct 2002 (before he announced his intentions to marry). Live & learn, I should have just reinstall rather than restore. :-( Carl ----- Original Message ----- From: "Bob Noble" <bnoble@xxxxxxxxx> To: <pcductape@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, May 13, 2003 11:46 AM Subject: [pcductape] Re: Protect yourselves > Hi Carl, > What a big excuse that was. > You could have used the restore function and been on with it, but then you > wouldn't have a new computer. :O) > Bob Noble > www.sonic.net/bnoble > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Ctm007" <ctm007@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> > To: <pcductape@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> > Sent: Tuesday, May 13, 2003 1:27 AM > Subject: [pcductape] Re: Protect yourselves > > > | Hi Bob, > | Hi Pam, > | Or could it be we are just too embarrassed to ask.
