Therefore this seems a logical reason why you are still getting that error.
Solution - would be hard to find which exactly dll it is - there are tools
out there but would be hard to find the culprit.
Easiest do a sys restore - if you have one.
Lisa might want to try "In Control 5". (inctrl5.zip)
It takes a before & after text picture of your system during installs,
the changes made.
Although it works best if used during the *original* install, I've had good
uninstalling a problem program, then doing a reinstall using "In Control".
