I didn't see your reply Bob, but that is precisely what I had suggested.
I made the suggestion based upon experience here with my HD..not my CD.
All it takes is one pin to be out of whack.

I've never tried to get them to run simultaneously, but they were both working at different times. It's a new computer, so we didn't install them, this is how it came. I hope nothing is wrong with it.

Lisa, Did you just install one or the other of them. Were they ever both working simulateously?
