Dear DS Sian Davies, I know that I am wasting my time but here goes: 12
separate chief constables accepted crime complaints of treason against Douglas
Hurd, John Major and Francis Maude. You can bet your life that they examined
the evidence because of the personalities involved. This proves your first
excuse of not recording the crime is unlawful.

The crime complaints were passed to the Met. Commissioner , the criminally
corrupt Bernard Hogan Howe. He tendered his resignation to the then Home
secretary Theresa May.  She refused his resignation and from then on was under
her control.

Since then police now are common purpose trained to act beyond authority; a
euphamism for operating outside of the law. This is exactly what you are
supporting and continuing. The police are now controlled by the criminal state
taking the gradual steps to the new World order supported by the likes of the
Rothchilds and George Soros.

So you shrug your shoulders and perhaps laugh at my comments. Possibly you have
children. Just think of the life that you are leaving them. I despise the
present police force because not one of you dares stand up for the rule of law.
Treason is still a capital offence. I would gladly act as hangman. I would upon
it as I would when killing a rat- a necessary but unpleasant job.

Dear Mr Timbrell,

Thank you for your email dated 13th February 2018 addressed  to the Dyfed Powys
Police Chief Constable, Mr Mark Collins. I am replying on Mr Collins’ behalf as
I have been given the delegated responsibility for dealing with any
correspondence sent to the Chief Constable.

Having read you email it appears you wish to report Theresa May, and those
negotiating leaving the EU for crimes of treason. This is not a matter for
officers of Dyfed Powys Police to consider. The Home Office Crime Recording
Rules clearly state that any crime must be recorded at the location of the
offender at the time they committed the offence. This needs to be done by the
police force covering that area. As the negotiations appear to be largely
taking place in Westminster it would be reasonable to state that this alleged
offence of treason should be reported to the Metropolitan Police force. I would
therefore advise you to report your concerns to the Metropolitan Police who
would be the appropriate force to consider making a crime recording decision.

Firstly I must correct what you imply in your request for more details. The law
requires any constable to record  a complaint of crime "however and whenever "
it comes to his notice. He is also required to investigate the crime or detail
another constable to do so. I know that home office circulars instruct
constables to direct complainants to  the force where a crime has occurred, but
this is not law, just a sensible way to facilitate investigation of crime.

That said, each and every person in the UK is suffering from this crime. Some
are unaware of it because the criminals have kept the facts secret from most.
However many, such as your original complainant realises that his sovereignty
has unlawfully been given away. You can equate sovereignty to control. I and
the complainant are required to obey EU law which our parliament has itself no
control.

Put simply, It is a treasonable offence for anyone to give away my sovereignty
to another state unless we have been defeated in a war. This is common law
reinforced by statute law, as the Bill of Rights 1689 shows.

Theresa May, and those negotiating leaving the EU,are going against our
constitution and the bill of rights and are committing crimes against every man
and woman in this country. The First treaty, the treaty of Rome, was unlawful
as the signaturee , Edward Heath later admitted to parliament and in his
memoirs. He admitted that some our sovereignty had been given away. Since then
many more treaties have been signed giving away more and more of our
sovereignty.

You Chief Constable, Mr. Mark Collins, ( I address this to you because this
complaint will almost certainly be passed to you because  the criminals
involved are of high status) Do you unlawfully dismiss these complaints and
cover up the establishment's crimes, or do you follow the sworn duty of every
constable to uphold the law of the land?

You do not have the problem,our courts do,when confronted with the fact that
our common law is superior to statute law because the common law has been
codified into statute law.

You might counter  my complaint by stating that you have discretion as to which
crimes you investigate. This is not correct. Henri de Bracton's statement
confirms that a constable who does not investigate a crime is usurping the
powers of the courts. Whilst no sensible person would criticise a constable for
not investigating low level crime, the fact that the offence, I and the
complainant describe, is classed as treason should cause you to follow your
sworn duty.

I appreciate that I and the complainant have placed you in a difficult
position. Perhaps this is a time to  'think outside the box'.

May I suggest that you call a live press conference to state the truth about
our constitution and the law. The media and all MPs are being controlled so
that they repeat the unlawful mantra that parliament is sovereign. It is not.
The people are sovereign. Each of us has the same duty as constables have when
knowing of the crime of treason. We all have a duty to do our utmost to stop
the crime. By putting the truth before the public the public would force the
criminals to stop negotiating with the EU and just walk away and follow the
rule of law.

I hope that you take heart from Chief Constable Veale who has been promoted to
a larger force after investigating the pedophilia of Edward Heath, who many
think  was blackmailed into signing the first unlawful treaty. CC Veale came
under tremendous pressure from establishment figures and several investigating
officers had to stop working on the project because of threats to their
families.Were you to follow my suggestion and hold a live media conference ,
the subject would be out before the public,which itself should give you
protection.I pray that you have the courage to do what is right and just and
follow your sworn duty.
