Yes I am happy to be interviewed on Tuesday. After a lot of tears last night
it was decided that I will go a safe house in Essex on Tuesday night to meet
with others fighting as I am. My daughter phoned me last night to reassure me
that as my next-of-kin she will not let them section me and that I should not
be at home but with her and my grandchildren all day Wednesday. So this is
what I am going to do.
I have just posted on NextDoor my Kent County Council Election Flyer which I am
going to start delivering to voters in my ward today. Hopefully by Wednesday I
will have delivered 1,500 flyers. What do you think?

Kent County Council and Maidstone BC Elections in May 2017
I write to introduce myself as I am a Candidate in the KCC Elections. Last
September I paid to have 40,000 flyers delivered to 40,000 Maidstone homes,
including yours, via The Net:-
“Do you want to pay £75 to see your GP? To pay for your hospital services too?
I stopped them from charging you £55 to see your GP from April 2002 and I
intend to stop what is currently intended. But we need to do this together,
so please can you help?
I have a High Court action to help keep the NHS free for all, for details of
this please see my Yolande Kenward facebook, where you can message me.
Maidstone NHS Hospital is heading towards a £23 million deficit in this
financial year and local GP services are already £4 million in deficit. There
is £6.6bn that can go back into the NHS but this money has been protected for
years by Maidstone CID & cz/8533/01, a BMI Somerfield crime reference. We would
like to set up a Patients Committee to share cost-saving ideas we can put to
the NHS”.
What am I standing for? Why vote for me?
● I am standing on an anti-corruption platform
● I understand how corruption works in Maidstone, who is involved, what
corrupt public sector employees get up to and how they waste council taxpayers’
money
● There is a crime “Misconduct in Public Office” but because there is a
freemason network that has got a grip on Maidstone’s public sector these people
are never arrested or prosecuted
● Moreover there are certain freemasons who can commit crimes, including the
most serious, but a perk of local freemason membership is not only immunity
from arrest and prosecution but that public money has been wasted on protecting
these criminals
● Local freemasons engage in serious organised crime to help the City of
London get richer, not only with the protection of police in Maidstone but
involving Maidstone Police!
● BMI Healthcare made Europe’s largest ever profit of £6.6bn aided by
serious freemason organised crime funded by the taxpayer. It involved market
rigging by the media
● With your help, I will change Maidstone’s predominantly bullying culture
and the grip that freemasonry has on the public purse. Over-promoted
freemasons lack man management skills and as a consequence often resort to
bullying. They hand contracts to their cronies.
● I have been the victim of 37 years of freemason harassment, bullying,
backstabbing and smear campaigns because I am a witness to unsolved crimes in
Maidstone by a freemason
What do freemasons get up to locally?
● They protect doctors who have committed crimes against patients
● They ensure that most medical accident victims never get healing and justice
● They work together to smash up businesses eg mine and decent freemasons too
● They can work as one to cover-up or to make any target’s life a misery
● They discriminate re promotions and the awarding of public sector contracts
● They believe that Maidstone should have a “If we want you to lose, you will
lose” culture
What am I doing to help you with your council tax bills?
● I have asked the Maidstone BC Electoral Services Manager for a Local
Referendum re council tax and Maidstone Police’s decision not to bring in
income via the Proceeds of Crime Act eg via cz/8533/01; SI/cz/119/03 and via
those who defrauded me of both my properties.
● I have written to the Chief Constable of Kent asking him to cancel his 3.3%
increase in council tax. I have written to the Head of Democracy at KCC asking
that April’s council tax bill is withdrawn due to its Adult Social Care
Reference. I believe that there will be no Adult Social Care Budget next year,
and that the practice already going on in this ward via KCC will only get worse
ie bullying sick and vulnerable people and their relatives to hand over their
life-savings to fund not only the care of someone with dementia, illegally, but
also to use that dementia patient’s life savings to fund the care of someone
else with no assets.
What else can I do for you?
I can represent you with any issues with KCC eg children’s services or adult
social care as I have been already doing this. I can help support you with any
bullying, discrimination and unfairness problems that arise via KCC, either as
a customer or as an employee or supplier.
I can help you with any bullying or abuse that you are experiencing in
Maidstone eg from the DWP, I had another victory last week for a brain-damaged
man – I saved council tax money.
I can help you with bullying from local solicitors eg I have just written a
letter to the UK Head of the masons about a Maidstone firm, Brachers, owned
previously by the Province of East Kent grandmaster, asking for intervention. I
have written to the Duke of Kent about Maidstone’s freemason problem and asked
that the lodges are shut down and cleaned up.
I have launched a “Say No to bullying” campaign and I will try to change
Maidstone’s bullying culture. I will set up an optional programme for all
school children aided by retired school teacher volunteers to offer life skills
and the skills needed to stand up to bullies.
I have been trying to persuade Arriva to agree to finance bus shelters and
seats outside the Loose Bowls Club and at the Wheatsheaf, but their attitude is
that their profits go into new buses and KCC must fund the shelters. I wrote to
KCC on 20.3.2017 and to date I have had zero response. Arriva bus timetables
are now available in the entrance to the Gateway.

Many thanks Sabine. I know that "together" we will get Justice for All.
Sadly, in today's post came a letter posted yesterday from the Maidstone
Community Mental Health team insisting that they are coming to my home at
11.30am next Wednesday to section me so that Kent County Council can publish
the list of election candidates at 4pm that day without my name being on the
list.
I find today's letter intimidating and an attempt to get me to withdraw my
election nomination papers.

Good morning All
My Kent County Council election nomination papers have been accepted and Paul
Billanie has signed the form for him to be my election agent. I will submit
Paul's form by 4pm on Tuesday at Maidstone BC's Offices. Then that day they
send the forms over to KCC who will then make public the list of candidates at
4pm on Wednesday. But KCC and Maidstone Police have recently had a meeting
with the Maidstone Community Mental Health Team and they want to start giving
me psychiatric treatment at 11.30am on Wednesday, Paul has seen the paperwork.
Moreover they are flatly refusing to change the appointment time despite what
their letter to me says.
I am on NextDoor a local social media network that brings people in Maidstone
together (and all over the UK). I announced yesterday on Nextdoor that I am
standing in the KCC elections on an anti-corruption platform; a local lady
replied "Good luck with that then the old boys network has a good hold. Some
not so old too probably." I replied suitably. This election campaigning is so
much fun.
Corruption only survives in Maidstone because of the editorial attitude of the
KM/Kent Messenger ie it covers up for corrupt masons but it is the same with
all the media including Private Eye and the UK Column who refused to expose
what has gone on in Maidstone.
Now my plea for help please. I need to get my Justice for All petition going
as we need 100,000 signatures to get a debate in parliament, although I need to
update the petition re my Brexit challenge being thrown out unfairly. I will
do that in a few minutes.
The LibDems and the Labour Party Party have seen the evidence for themselves
that my Brexit challenge resulted in a miscarriage of justice via Lord Justice
Sales in the Court of Appeal along with a co-ordinated threat from the Court of
Appeal and the Maidstone Mental Health team. LJ Sales found my request for a
re-run of the Referendum on the basis that voters were not in possession of all
the facts needed to make an educated vote to be "TOTALLY WITHOUT MERIT" and
because I have made 3 court applications in 9 years he will make a civil
restraint order against me if I make another one eg a Judicial Review of the
decision to section me next Wednesday. My grounds for a Judicial Review were 3
- the NHS (it can be saved if Maidstone Police would pursue £6.6bn via the
Proceeds of Crime Act). Child Protection (it needs overhauling as fake
psychiatric court reports are being used to make decisions re children, my
illustrations were the cases of Juliana Kennedy's 3 children and Desmond Tutu's
grandson) and thirdly, avoidable mass immigration via Kent.
I intend to have a Writ of Habeas Corpus drawn up so that if I am sectioned on
Wednesday someone can go to the High Court and get me out. The grip that the
KM (part-owned by the Daily Mail) and Maidstone's Tory Mason politicians have
on the RCJ must be broken.
If there can be a miscarriage of justice over something so important as Brexit,
then what chance has anyone else got of justice?

Council tax is being used to pay for injustice and if things do not improve
increasing numbers of tax payers will refuse to pay to finance injustice. What
will the public say when they know that I paid for a Brexit challenge on
15.7.2016 & that this case has sat in a queue waiting to be allocated to a
Court of Appeal Judge for 7+ months? This challenge is not about my not liking
the result but because I think that some voters did not have all the
information needed to make an educated vote...
Together we will win, we will win by educating those who do not know what we
know ie that our Justice system is corrupt, but the biggest mistake of all that
our corrupt judiciary ever made was the miscarriage of justice over my Brexit
challenge because of who witnessed this happening because they were interested
parties to my Judicial Review ie the Duke of Kent, Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe,
Jeremy Corbyn, the Press Association, the Electoral Commission, the CEO of the
NHS, the CEO of HCBC, the CEO of Bowls England et al.
