At one point I did say there was no mention of an APS --- but I had missed it
because they called it "audible signal." I did note it later. There is the
same single reference to an APS in the revised presentation. Nothing about APS
for all crosswalks. I do not see any reference or representation about DWS in
the latest presentation either..

Hi, OK, so, Matt did say he wanted to wait on the signal timings till we
actually spoke with DOT. And, I thought that in the original presentation
there was no mention of APS. In your notes, you would have shown the need for
DW’s at the end of the bulb outs and also at the medians, correct? If those
aren’t shown in this update, then ya, we really need to get on the case.

Subject: [passcoalition] Re: FW: 7th Avenue/23rd Street Karen, Virtually the
only different I see is that more parking is being eliminated in the update
presentation. The signaling looks the same. The same single mention of an
audible signal. No more information about FDW signal length, nothing on APS
placement, etc. It's ten fairly dense pages but that's all I see and I looked
pretty carefully.
