There are gated communities up by Continental Mountain that are quite
dark (maybe even a bit better than Mikes). I know they tend to be in
the high 6 to low 7-figure range, so not for the faint-of-wallet.

I haven't figured out why people call me asking
this question but they do.
So, here is what I have.
Gentleman who is in Scottsdale right now,
wants to know where to buy a house in the
Phoenix area that is good for star gazing.
I'm not going to call him back, but I'd like
someone to collect the answers we get
through the list serve, and one of you call him
back. If you are going to call him, please let
the list know, prior to calling, so that we
don't all call him back. That would be funny.
But highly unnecessary.
