Terri, NOAA says 30% cloud cover and 4% chance of rain Friday night in
Carefree. However, the Weather Channel says clear skies Friday night
in Phoenix. We need to watch carefully over the next few days. Frank
and Sam would like food, and one gas reimbursement since we are riding

Good morning PAS Members,
A quick request for the Weather Watchers to post anything they see
for Carefree on Jan 4th from 5pm to about 10pm. We have the scout
party at Mike's home and I want to be sure we can do it Friday without
too many clouds or other bothersome weather issues.
Also, quick reminder, if you are attending this event, I need to know
by Wednesday at NOON if you want to be involved in the food
and gas reimbursement. If that doesn't' matter to you and you
still want to sign up, let me know when you do a return email so
I know you are attending.
All vehicles with scopes, try to park at the back of the house
in the Circle driveway. No parking in the viewing area, but there
will be cars there to block off parking in that area, so if you arrive
early,
you can block that area, just leave room for scopes to get between the
vehicles for set up and take down. Thank you.
Send those weather forecasts to me. I need to cancel this with time to get
the notice out. Remember, one person is my contact with the scouts. We
have
to give her time to contact all the families that might
be attending this event, to
inform them if we have to cancel.
I saw on the news last night that there might be rain today and
tomorrow, but
nothing was in the forecast for Friday, as far as bad weather. Keep me
posted
all week, thanks.
