Cloud-wise I agree.  I'm a little concerned about the wind, but there should 
still be enough scopes that can handle it to have the event.

I say we still hold the event...



The weather here is so unpredictable. My hope it that we have a relatively 
clear evening. There are so many conflicting reports... It was completely 
overcast last night when I got home from work (6:00)  and was hugely clear by 
7:30.



Right now in central Phx, it's completely clear overhead with wispy clouds 
north and south.
