Good morning PAS Members,
An updated Membership Roster has been uploaded to the PASaz site for you to
check the status of your membership for 2016. I am planning to remove those
who have not renewed their membership with PAS by Jan 31. So, if you are
wanting to check your status, please pop on over to the current membership
roster at http://www.pasaz.org/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=48 and see
that your name is NOT RED!
You can check the "paid date" and the "expires" columns to see that your
membership is current. The Expires column needs to say 12/31/16. If it does
not, please send your membership dues. And if you have any questions about
your membership, email Eric, the PAS Treasurer at Treasurer@xxxxxxxxx.
Those who have not renewed will receive, in just a few minutes, an email
asking you to renew, and the membership form is attached to that email.
Please drop me an email saying you are renewing right then, and get that
check and form to me - via the main PAS Mailing Address on the form, prior
to Jan 31, if you wish to continue your membership in PAS. I'd really
appreciate not having to remove you, and then add you back on the list. It
isn't just a simple process, as i have to take you off of the Private
access on the PAS website, as well. So, get your membership updated today!
Remember, membership in PAS is from Jan 1 to Dec 31 of a year. So, if you
receive a separate email from me saying your membership expired, you are 18
days late. I'd rather eveyrone was on time. Membership also includes
everyone in your immediate household.
Also, you NEED to be a current member to attend the PAS Social coming up on
Jan 30. I will be expecting ONLY PAS members to attend that night. This
party is for PAS Members only.
Hope to see your membership renewed prior to Jan 30.
