Phoenix Astronomical Society
Hi Howard,
I am an organizer for the Phoenix World Future Society meet up. We hold
monthly meet ups on topics that are carving the path to the future. Our
next meeting is next Tuesday evening at Scottsdale Public Library. Our
speaker is Professor Jekan Thanga, head of the Space and Terrestrial
Robotic Exploration (SpaceTREx) Laboratory at ASU. He will be joining our
next meeting to share, among other things, the latest in the school's
concept for personalized miniature satellites which would one day provide
everyone access to outer space. Topic: Future Trends in Space Exploration.
I thought this might be a topic you and your group would enjoy. I also
thought it might be a great way to solicit interest between our two groups.
