Terri, NOAA says 28% cloud cover from 5 pm until 10 pm Sat night in Carefree,
and then 36% cloud cover from 11 pm until 4 am. Also, 6% chance of rain. This
doesn't sound good. Sam

Tonight sounds good,
Saturday is still questionable.

If anyone sees any reason to cancel tonight, send me an email right away.
otherwise, I will see you all out at PVCC tonight!

Do weather forecasters or anyone running a weather predicting site,
really know what's going on with the weather? I think, sometimes,
they don't even look at the door to see that clear skies, could be
clouded out.

Keep the forecasts for today coming in.

And help me decide around 2pm if we are

doing this event or not. Right now, what i see

is a repeat of last night, which was doable. Wasn't great

observing, but we did ok with it.

Let's keep this discussion going.

Thanks

Terri

Unfortunately, it seems that the NWS, Weather Channel,
Accuweather, Skippy Sky, nor Clear Sky are too good at
predicting things, either. As of 8P last night while we were
looking at a completly socked in Southern sky, NWS still said
clear with good transparencyâ
