Good early morning to all PAS Members,
This year's Award Ceremony will be shorter than the normal, due to some changes
in the plans for the event. Since we should be totally done with the
festivities within an hour, I was wondering if anyone would like to bring a
movie or astronomy documentary to watch after we conclude the portion we need
to do for this event?
Let me know what you have and I will consider it. We can choose what we do at
the Event Thursday night, but send me some options.
Include the title and length of the show or movie you wish to bring along for
that evening on DVD. We can watch it with desert, if desert is brought to the
event.
Can i request desert is brought?

Here's a brief idea of how the night will go:
Set up is 6:30
I'd like to start the music and eating at 7pm
The pizzas will stay under the blankets until
I set them free, please.
We will eat for about 30-40 minutes.
So, that's about 7:45pm.
1st up will be the Night Sky Network Awards.
There's a few, but i predict we can finish them off
in about 20 minutes.
Then we have 3 special awards.
One of which is for the MEMBER APPRECIATION
and that one takes about 3 minutes, and the rest are
about a minute or 2 each.
Wait, there's a slide show for about 5 minutes after we congratulate the Member
being appreciated.
So, i figure we will be done about 8:15pm, maybe 8:20.
So, maybe an hour long documentary, or a movie under 1.5 hours in length?
