Ok, so I am seeing that we want to hold this as a MOM open to anyone,
including non PAS Members, as i haven't made it a private event.
The agenda will then be the topics i sent out for the general members of:
(we can use a few more topics in this area)
1) Howard: Status of Meet up
2) Mike: Treasurer's report
Let's skip the videos
And Kevin isn't ready.
So, we need a few more details for this portion of the event. More topics.
If we were just doing these topics, this meeting would be canceled as it
isn't an hour's worth of discussion.
Then we can filter into the ST topics. And those I am still comprising and
revising the list. But i will have that out to you no later than tomorrow
about noon, assuming nothing weird happens that i don't have time to do it.
We can include in the General Members discussion
3) Eric: Stipend for Event Coordinator
And Alex's input on the same topic.
4) And Kevin's topic of Volunteers at star parties and what is expected of
them, etc... this pertains to non Star Tours members as well, since any PAS
member can volunteer where needed.
Oh, and add my input on this subject as well.
I will put those items at the top of the list.
If you have anything else we should discuss, send it over.
Many thanks for helping to figure out what we are doing tomorrow.
Let's make it a party, let's have some fun, and those attending who are not
Star Tours members, can choose to leave after the initial General Members
topics are concluded, or stay, but don't vote if you aren't a star tours
member. Although, input is welcome.
