Sam, can you send me some details on the time at which you would want to be
setting up to view the Mercury Transit, and how long it lasts, and sunrise,
etc, so i can give those details to the contacts we mentioned in this email

Alex The first classes start at 8 am so maybe arrive at 7 am and then
setup so students can observe on the way to their first class.Also, this
would give the public a chance to view it on their way to work.
