I'm going to scout out Roadrunner Park this weekend as a possible viewing site
to offer to the public.

Lunar eclipse, September 27th 2015:
Begin: 6:15pm 15 just below the horizon (89 degrees)
Total: 7:47 18 degrees above the eastern horizon
End: 9:27 37 degrees above the eastern horizon
These are all local times and I’m pretty sure they are correct. The
implication is that a clear view of the eastern horizon will be necessary to
see the lunar eclipse as it approaches and enters totality.
