Leah, We do schools in Goodyear, once in a while but nothing public and nothing PAS Private either, at this point. And for schools, unless i know who it is and why they are attending, I don't' think we should have general public, even with a scope, attend at a school where their kids are NOT enrolled. You know how i feel about schools. I don't want to be responsible for inviting someone to a school to view through the scopes, and then something drastic happens to the kids, due to that new person having attended. I like to know my TEAM members first. CTCA is out there, but that's a private event open only to those hired by PAS to do the job. And the PAS Social is in Goodyear at Chris's, again, private event, PAS members only but not a star party. So, the answer is no. Not at this time. Terri Good friends are like stars. You don't always see them, but you always know they are there. Terri Phoenix Astronomical Society Event Coordinator Visit the P.A.S. My name is Michael Skokauckas contacting you from Buckeye, AZ. Was wondering how close your club is to Buckeye, and if you could use another member? Kinda boring being all by myself...lol ! I own two telescopes and I was a member of EVAC when my wife and I lived in Mesa, AZ. If your club is interested, there is some outstanding viewing sites out by Vulture Mine Rd. Does the club ever come over this far west? Clear Skies!!! Michael. >>>> >>>> Sent from my iPhone= >>>> >>> >>> >>> >>> > >
