Sorry, no pictures, but I would like to thank Mark Johnston and Sam Insanas
of PAS (Phoenix Astronomical Society) who brought out their telescopes for
viewing after the star show about Mars. They went beyond the call of duty
to provide views of Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, and Mars, as well as some deep
sky wonders. Thanks to Don and Frank as well for keeping questions
answered. Without them, this double outreach would not have gone over as
good as it did. Many thanks to all.

anything you need for the September issue of the PAStimes Newsletter, in to
me by Aug 10th. That's your deadline.
This includes: Scopes for sale, reviews of any events you may have
attended over the summer that were so much fun you wish to share your
experience with the readers of our newsletter, Photos of events you took
that you wish to have in this issue, or anything else you wish to put in
the September issue. If you don't make the *deadline of Aug 10th*, then
if applicable, your submission will go into the October issue.
I'm going through my email and confirming I got your previous submissions
to the newsletter, all this week. If you haven't heard from me, give me
until Friday to confirm receipt of your items.
I'm also updating the PAS online Calendar. If you see any errors, or don't
see something you think should be on the calendar, please note, to end of
December is currently accurate.
Anything in 2019 is being worked on. And the newsletter will have a ton of
upcoming really awesome events you may wish to put on your personal
calendar at home so you don't miss out on attending them. Lot's of really
great events!
