Thank you Sam,
yes, that does sound like a good forecast for Thursday.
I have been swamped with calls about this event.
I have posted everyone's RSVP on the site. We may
have a huge crowd, or if it is too cold, we may have no one.
But, I'm hoping for the huge crowd.
Sounds awesome.
See you there!
Yes, i did RSVp today, to attend.
Terri

NOAA says 10% cloud cover, 7 mph winds and 50 degrees. The weather looks ok for
now. Sam

PAS Members,

Spend a romantic evening under the stars with PAS
and telescopes to view the heavens. Bring your family,
friends, and drop an RSVP my way so I know who is
attending. If you are bringing your scope, let me know.

Will love to see you there! Looks like we are in for a crowd.
I have 6, maybe 7 scopes RSVP'd as of today.
And i have 17 public RSVPs, but you know the public
doesn't always RSVP their attendance with me. I predict
a bunch more, plus school is in session, so I think we will have
a nice crowd of PVCC students, as well.

Have a super week. Blow away the rain and clouds for the
14th, and let's have an awesome party there!
Terri, Event Coordinator

PS: Weather watchers are needed. Start sending me your
weather forecasts. I believe the night will be awesome,
but until it gets closer, we don't know for sure. All input
is welcome. Thanks.

Black Mountain Campus address:
34250 N 60th Street Scottsdale AZ 85266
Event is from 7pm to 10pm
Set up is 6pm, please see the forum threads for where
to park, or if you are unsure, check with me when you
arrive. Watch for me to signal where to go and where
to set up. Thanks.
Remember also, Bad Donkey Pizza offers discount
of 15% on anything you order as long as you say
you are a PAS member. You might want to say it as
Phoenix Astronomical Society member, as PAS may
not click when you say it the first time. Or, say you
are with the telescopes set up in the parking lot.

Pizza and the stars for Valentine's day, that sounds good to me!
