I didn't have any luck at all. Completely clouded out every time I tried.

The clouds are so heavy tonight but at approximately 9 PM they split enough
for me to see Venus. Couldn't really see Jupiter either because it was lost
in Venus's glow or else due to clouds that were obscuring its light.

We had intermittent good views tonight. Showed Miss Terri how to use my
telescope and she was very excited. Just showed her Saturn briefly.

I was able to see jupiter and venus at 8:20 pm tonight in the western sky. I
think that the cloud cover made them look very dim. If it had been clear, the
brightness of the 2 planets would have made the conjuction more spectacular.
Anyone else have good views? Sam
