does anyone have a good suggestion about where to photograph the comet when it
is close to the crescent Moon? (actually March 12 would be even better for
that, but this person isn't arriving in Phoenix till the 13th)

I'll be arriving in Phoenix for a vacation on March 13, and was wondering if
the astronomy club is having any events to photograph the comet and crescent
moon. Are there any good locations not too far from the city where I could set
up and have a great view of the setting sun in the West?
